The Health Room was created as a gentle space for people who are tired of pushing, fixing, and forcing themselves to be "better."
Here, we slow down.
We soften.
We listen to the body.
I believe true wellbeing begins with safety. Feeling safe in your body, safe in your pace, and safe in your process. My work is rooted in the understanding that sustainable change doesn't come from extremes or pressure, but from small, compassionate shifts practiced over time.
I support adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in cycles of stress to rebuild their relationship with themselves through nervous-system-informed wellness coaching.
